I’ll never forget the first day I was working from home and Sue came to pick Bentley up for a play date. All I heard was the backdoor open and her call out “hey handsome!!” Our pup was out the door and in her truck in the blink of an eye. Bentley loves spending time with Sue and his buddies. I love the way Sue plans out which dogs work best together. I honestly believe she is the one who has helped Bentley grow into such a friendly and fun loving dog!

Susan and I are so happy we found you guys!!! It was very stressful leaving J with a new household. After hearing all the wonderful kind , caring and loving things you guys did and do for your temporary four legged babies, we would be honoured the next time we go away if you could look after our kid Jacks He is so tired form all the fun he came in the door went straight to the couch and fell asleep. He will miss Hank and Darren tons for sure after he wakes up. Thank you so much again.

Sue and Darin have been in our lives for just over 2 years. They have been wonderful making sure our Ellie is well cared for and exercised daily. Sue has become a part of our extended family even assisting with a repair man who arrived earlier than expected at the house. I know our Ellie loves them as much as they love her.

My Yorkie is a very timid little guy, and is not particularly social around other people or other dogs. Thankfully he has taken a liking to Sue (she has a wonderful, calm energy). It is such a huge relief to know that Sue can take him dog walking in Port Perry and he will be happy! I also appreciate the note she left telling me how the walk went, what my dog did, and the picture she texted me during the walk! So thoughtful. Sue is providing me with the freedom needed to do things that won't allow me to take my dog, and I am reassured that my dog is happy too. I am so grateful!!

Sue is so so wonderful. Her genuine love of animals completely shines through! She is so passionate and caring, and full of knowledge. Lady is quite anxious on leash and around other dogs (which made me anxious and scared to walk her); but Sue has put a lot of patient time into her and she has come leaps and bounds. I can now walk her without any vices and introduce her to other dogs! I never thought I'd be this confident walking her. Sue goes above and beyond every single day and I cannot imagine times without her.

We are extatic about the service our dogs receive from Sue and Waggin Tails Pet Service. Our new Pup Stella and our long time dog Marshall are always full of smiles when Sue comes to take them out. Its the mid-day excersie they need while my husband and I are at work. On their daily walks Sue consistently provides updates on their day through text, or funny pictures and always writes a detailed account of the day in her log. You truly won't be disappointed with the level of attention Sue will give you and your pet. An animal lover through and through!

From the first visit to meet Olivia i knew Susan was gonna be great with my fur baby. She has taught Olivia not only to walk off property but to socialize and yes even a few well needed manners. I love the pics i get during the day just to let me know Olivia is having fun and enjoying her outings. Susan was there for us on the arrival of Mr George our new puppy eager to help in any way. Olivia and George are sooooo well looked after when I'm at work it's one less thing i don't have to worry about and that means the world to me. Susan is the anchor to our ship that keeps us afloat.

We're so pleased to have found Sue to house sit our energetic and mischievous Boston Terrier puppies Sue gives us great feedback when we leave the pups with her and we feel completely confident that they are in loving capable hands I've recommended her all our friends who need a dog sitter.

Sue's ongoing communication and updates throughout our trip provided us with peace of mind. We have a four month-old golden retriever puppy who just loves going for walks with Sue! It's obvious that Sue has a genuine love of animals. She has even arranged for Casey to have play dates with other puppies of similar age and temperament. He loves the socializing. He always comes home happy, fulfilled and ready for a nap.

So happy we found Sue! We spoil our dog and get nervous about leaving her for long periods. Sue took her in like one of her own and made her apart of her family, giving her the attention she needed. We now know Nova has a comfortable place to stay when we are away. We also loved getting updated on how she was doing. Highly recommend Waggin Tail Pet Services!!

Sue is amazing with my pup Harvey. She comes twice a day and is always arranging playdates to keep him busy. I get daily updates and photos of my little guy while I'm at work. Sue is very professional and it's obvious she loves and cares for our animals like they're her own. I'm glad we found her and I would highly recommend her services!

Sue is the best dogwalker/ sitter I have found in Scugog Township! Blaze LOVES it when Sue comes over to go for walks, and when she brings a K9 friend 🐩🐺🐶 over to tear around the yard with, thats the best fun! 🐾 You can tell Sue has a deep affection for ALL her furry clients... Sue is very accommodating to fit Blaze into her schedule, including last minute emergencies. HIGHLY recommended!

Don't tell my masters, but sometimes I like it better at Sue's than at home. At my place they always put me in charge of watching the house when they are gone, and I sit and wait and wait for them to come back. When I'm at Sue's place, I can spend my whole day playing with my friends and then I get to chill without the responsibility of guarding the house. It's a doggy vacation dreams are made of. Tell your master to give it a try. I know you will love it as much as I do.

Our dog is a senior with several \"issues\" so, needless to say, we were a little nervous about putting him in a stranger's care for 9 days. Still nervous after dropping him off but Sue's email midway through the first day put everyone at ease. It was very clear that she viewed our dog as her own with amazing care and concern for his well-being. Ongoing communications from Sue during the week only re-inforced this. I wouldn't consider putting our dog with anybody else now that we've found her!

I was very nervous to leave our dog for the first time to go on vacation for a week, but after meeting Sue and her husband Darren I was quickly put to ease. They are absolutely amazing! They agreed to look after our baby and loved her and took care of her as if she was one of their own. They took wonderful care of Jenga which meant the world to me. I will continue to use Sues services in the future 100% and recommend them to anyone in need of proper GENUINE care for their family member! Thanks so much Sue and Darren!

Having a border collie lab cross means high energy! Leaving him home when my husband and I are both working is just not an option. Our dog is slow to warm up to people but he has definitely taken to Sue and he loves his walks! We're so pleased with how accommodating Sue is and how great she is with our dog in working with his anxiety that has always been an issue. It is clear that she really knows dog behaviour and how to help them. She truly goes above and beyond and we're so grateful for that!

I wish there was a rating higher than 5 because Susan more than deserves it!! My Totem has never been away from his family for a whole weekend and let me tell you, he was in no hurry to come back home. He absolutely loved being at Susan's home and spending time with the other dogs. I received updates over the weekend with happy, smiley pictures of my sweetie. She even took the courtesy of brushing Totem so that he looked extra handsome when we picked him up. I am so grateful for everything Susan did for Totem and I will definitely be using her services again in the future. We were very happy with Susan’s care of our dog, Lincoln. Sue communicated with us everyday about Lincoln’s well being, sent us photos, and responding quickly to our emails. It’s clear she really cares about dogs and welcomes them into her home as her own. We will be calling on her again the next time we need someone to care for Lincoln.

Sue at Waggin' Tails Pet Services was amazing! She truly loves dogs and her services exceeded my expectations. Since our dog was a rescue dog and has anxiety when we are away on vacation, I was worried about having him in a big kennel since he needs a lot of attention. The dogs are able to roam freely and not kept in crates so it truly feels like a home environment. Our dog enjoyed his vacation too, he didn't want to leave when we picked him up. We are definitely coming back!

Susan is my neighbour and I've watched her care for own dog for years and all the dogs in her care and you honestly couldn't ask for a better person to look after your fur baby. She loves them like her own and takes amazing care of them; grooming, exercising, playing with and loving them. Its a home away from home. My cats adore her too. Next time I go away and the cats need checking in on, Sue's looking after them!

As soon as I met Sue and her husband Darin, I knew right away that I would trust her with our dog Pikachu and our 3 cats. I did and I was thrilled with the service we received! While we were away, Pikachu became a special part of their family and they visited our home regularly to care for our kitties. We enjoyed tremendous piece-of-mind knowing our pets were in such great hands.

We are beyond happy with the service we received with Waggin Tails.There are very few people we will trust with our dogs as we have been disappointed more times than not with other boarding services, but this was not the case here. Our pups were happy, healthy and clean when we picked them up and they didn't want to leave. We can't thank Sue and her family enough for taking our dogs in and treating them like family. Dexter gets all mopey when he comes home because Sue and the gang are just too much fun. The only resolution is to use Sue all the time!

I have a very fussy dog that usually only gets along with small dogs. I took her to Waggintails and she loved it. The staff spent time with her and showed lots of patience. My dog now loves going to "daycare" and is so excited to see everyone at her new daycare. Thank you Sue and staff for all your help with her

Getting an Australia Shepherd we knew we would have our hands full but Sue has given us such piece of mind that our 10 month old Aussie has something to look forward to when we are both at work during the days. I called Sue in a panic when I suddenly found out I was being transferred offices and couldn’t come home everyday at lunch to let our puppy out for some exercise. Sue has gone above and beyond accommodating our needs and our changing schedule and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to come home to a happy tired puppy lol. Nothing makes me happier when I’m stuck in the office all day than getting a video of my dog running around outside with her friends. Me and my fiancé will be going on our honeymoon in a few months and without a doubt know that Cali will be spoiled when we aren’t here through the services of Waggin Tails 🙂
